Every month each member family receives a packet of offering envelopes from the church. The envelopes are designated for the following funds:
offerings are for the general operating expenses of the church needed to support our programs, maintain our facilities and pay our staff at St. Paul's.
Building Preservation Fund (purple)
offerings go to support maintenance and repairs to the building
Haiti Mission (blue)
offerings go to our mission partner, orphanage and school in Haiti
Advent, Lent, Holy Week, and Thanksgiving or any other special offerings will go toward the general operating expenses unless designated by the Church Council.
Hanover Area Food Shelf
gifts should be made out directly to the Hanover Area Food Shelf.
offerings are used as scholarships for young people to go to Bible camp.
Children's Country Preschool
gifts should be given directly to the preschool.
Trust and Memorial Giving
General Trust and Memorial Fund
This fund has been used for church maintenance and improvement projects, altar paraments and mission support.
Trust and Memorial Youth Scholarship Fund St. Paul's offers scholarships for summer camps and for college students. T & M Scholarship application.
St. Paul's Organ Maintenance Fund
is used for the ongoing maintenance of our historic church organ.
Kottke Trust and Memorial Fund
is an estate memorial.
Matthew Barthel Memorial Scholarship Fund is for college scholarships.
