Good Morning everyone,
Today marks what we hope is the last sermon that will be recorded from home. Next week is our first drive in worship and the day we will honor our graduating seniors. We are making progress and we look forward to seeing you there. It will be a trial and we will be sending out a survey after a few weeks, because we want to hear from you what you liked about it, what can be improved on and what you hope for going forward, as we continue to use MDH guidelines. Thank you to all who have sent emails or stopped in to share with us your excitement about being together again.
I can’t wait to see you next week.
God Bless,
Pastor Tori
Blessed be the holy Trinity, +one God, whose steadfast love is everlasting, whose faithfulness endures from generation to generation. Amen.
Trusting in the mercy of God, let us confess our sin.
(Silence for personal reflection)
Reconciling God,
we confess that we do not trust your abundance, and we deny your presence in our lives. We place our hope in ourselves and rely on our own efforts. We fail to believe that you provide enough for all. We abuse your good creation for our own benefit. We fear difference and do not welcome others as you have welcomed us. We sin in thought, word and deed. By your grace, forgive us; through your love, renew us; and in your Spirit, lead us; so that we may live and serve you in newness of life. Amen.
Beloved of God, by the radical abundance of divine mercy we have peace with God through +Christ Jesus, through whom we have obtained grace upon grace. Our sins are forgiven. Let us live now in hope, for hope does not disappoint, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit. Amen.
O God, on this day you open the hearts of your faithful people by sending into us your Holy Spirit. Direct us by the light of that Spirit, that we may rejoice at all times in your peace, through Jesus Christ, your Son and our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.

Mighty to Save - The Cassandras
Lyrics in video notes.Merciful Father,
We offer with joy and thanksgiving what you have first given us - ourselves, our time, and our possessions, signs of your gracious love. Receive them for the sake of him who offered himself for us, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
