I am glad to be with you this morning. In my sermon today, I reference several scripture. I read each one, but I wanted to put them here in the email, so you can look them up later if you wish.
1 Thessalonians 1:3, Psalm 33: 20-22, Psalm 130:5, Psalm 147:10-11, Hebrews 6:18-20 and Ephesians 1:15-19.
My prayer for you is that the Holy Spirit opens your heart to all he knows you need to hear. God Bless You!
Pastor Tori
Loving God, we confess that at times we do not share in the joy of the resurrection but are caught in the worries of the world. We confess that we do not always live in the spirit of new life but remain discontent, grumbling and anxious. Forgive us for not sharing in the Good News. Forgive us when we find it more comfortable to worry and complain than to risk the joy and encouragement of new life in Christ. Call us back to Your ways, O God, to seek hope and reconciliation, restoration and peace. In the name of the Risen Christ, we pray. Amen.
Christ is Risen! The stone is rolled away, the tomb found empty. Mary calls out, “I have seen the Lord!” We have seen Christ, too, in every helping hand, in every heartfelt gift, in every choice to restore life in this world. We are called to this new life, a life of forgiveness and reconciliation. You are forgiven; accept your forgiveness and know that God loves you and desires great joy for your life. Walk forward on this journey of faith, knowing your brothers and sisters are with you. Amen.
Almighty and eternal God, the strength of those who believe and the hope of those who doubt, may we, who have not seen, have faith in you and receive the fullness of Christ's blessing, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.

Blessed Assurance – Stacey Lewandowski
We don’t always know how much money we have, or how much we will need; in precarious economic times we are tempted to hoard our money for ourselves.
In this offering we have the opportunity to show our faith, that our God will supply all our needs.
We walk by faith, we live by faith, we give by faith.
God of great gifts, you have given us so much, accept these gifts from our hands, our faithful response to your abundant grace. Amen.

(Lyrics in the video comments.)How very good and pleasant it is, Lord God, to be drawn together by you as brothers and sisters in Christ during this Easter season. Pour your empowering Spirit upon us, that the message we proclaim may become more than words upon a page. Help us to listen for and lean toward your voice which speaks beyond the words we utter. Move us past our doubts that we might step forward with a faith that does not end when our worship ends. Touch the areas of our lives that need to be touched, so that we might then recognize that no door is so heavy that it can lock you out. This we pray in the name of the One who rolled away the stone. Amen.
May the God who raised Jesus from the dead grant you grace,
the Son who gave his life for you give you peace,
and the Spirit who is with you day by day,
inspire you to greater service both now and forever more. Amen
Go in Peace and serve the Lord. Thanks be to God!
