15 HOUR FAMINE
  We will be hosting a 15 Hour Famine on August 20 - 21, it will include music, games, movies, fun, crafts but NO food. Begins Friday the 20th at 7:00PM and ends Saturday the 21st at 10:00AM. We will spend the night at church. Theme: On An Empty Stomach. Serve God and fight hunger all at the same time! Let Tracey know if you are interested and willing to help!!!
 
SENIOR HIGH FELLOWSHIP
Life and Faith Discussions We invite all Senior High Youth (10 - 12 grade) to join us for fun, fellowship and lots of laughter. We meet every other Wednesday evening at 6:30PM in the youth room to share our highs and lows, talk about our faith and make lasting friendships. Please plan to join us and feel free to invite your friends as well. ALL ARE WELCOME! GUEST SPEAKERS NEEDED
We are looking for guest speakers for the 2010 - 2011 Confirmation year who would be willing to share a 5 - 15 minute faith story! If you are interested in the following topics, please contact Sharon Griffin at sharong@stma.k12.mn.us or 763-497-2462.

September 29, 2010:Someone who has a story to share about the importance of forgiveness and how forgiveness has played a role in their work or personal life

October 13:A nature lover, especially a hunter or fischer who will talk about a time they have been tempted and what the end results were from that temptation. It would be ideal if you can relate the story to some sort of nature experience.
