10:30 Service

posted Jul 25, 2018, 9:51 AM by Tracey Morris   [ updated Sep 28, 2018, 5:41 AM by Carolyn Isch ]

Exciting changes coming this fall for our “late” service at St. Paul’s!
Here are the details on changes starting September 2!
1. The 10:45 service will become the 10:30 service
2. We will have a new focus on Family Worship at 10:30. Children start in worship, and each week there will be a children’s message about 10-15 minutes into the service after which we will dismiss children to Sunday School.
3. We will be working on liturgy and music to make the service more accessible to families, visitors, and guests.
We are excited to infuse some new energy into the 10:30 service and invite you to come and experience it for yourselves! If you have any questions, please reach out to Pastor Luke in the office or by email pastorluke@stpaulsinhanover.org

Organ Update

posted Jun 25, 2018, 10:47 AM by Tracey Morris   [ updated Oct 17, 2018, 7:32 AM by Dawn Bestick ]

As of October 15, 2018--Removal of the organ has started but people probably can't tell as it has been some smaller components from the pipe room that have been moved. Our organ technician and the builder he will be working with are now completing the project that was ahead of us and are clearing out the shop to make room for the rest. Once the project ahead of us has been cleared, the larger pieces - pipes, chests, and etc. will be coming removed to the shop for work. Major components that have to be replaced have been ordered.  The project has started and will be more noticeable soon!

Prayer Shawls

posted Jan 23, 2017, 5:45 PM by Tracey Morris   [ updated Jul 7, 2018, 10:47 AM ]

Prayer is a powerful thing! If you know someone in need of prayers and a reminder of God’s love for them, consider giving them a prayer shawl. We have plenty of shawls available and they come with a gift bag and card – and they are free! If you would like one stop in the church office.
